SIZING GUIDANCE

RINGS
  • Can be special ordered in any size. Our most popular sizes for rings are 7 for women and 10 for men.
  • Stock size for women is 7
  • Stock size for men is 10
EARRINGS: EAR CUFFS
  • Exact sizing varies per style
  • Approx. 3.4 mm opening but can be gently adjusted to fit customer
BRACELETS
  • 7 inches in length (6 inches + 1 inch jump rings)
  • Bangles come in standard sizing (S). All other sizes between XXS-XXL would have to be special ordered.
NECKLACES
  • 18 inches in length (jump rings start at 15 inches)
  • 2 inch extender can be requested to make longer

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • All Larsa Marie jewelry pieces are handmade in Los Angeles, California. Customers should expect shipment of in-stock jewelry pieces within 5-7 days. For items out-of-stock or pieces requiring a little more TLC in design/setting, customers should expect a shipment period of up to 4-6 weeks.
  • Pieces are shipped via FedEx or USPS, with Insurance covering your order based upon the value of each piece. We take exchanges only for a size substitute within a week of delivery.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Customer service is of utmost important to us so if you need a piece by a specific date please contact orders@larsamarie.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Once your item is shipped, you will be sent tracking information, as a signature is required upon delivery. Larsa Marie is not responsible for items damaged or lost in a return transit. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. For international shipping, customers are responsible for all tax/duties that are required when going through customs.

RETURN POLICY

  • Because all pieces are made to order, all orders are final sale. Refunds and returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or there was a mistake on our part. We do not accept returns as all jewelry pieces are handmade to order; however, there are certain exemptions to this, If you believe you qualify for an exemption, please email orders@larsamarie.com.
  • In the case of a repair or damaged piece, we do not refund shipping costs and will cover damages up to a week of delivery. If we believe the item was intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return.
  • Larsa Marie is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
